From Fantasy To Reality
Palacio de Bellas Artes
The Palacio de Bellas Artes (Palace of Fine Arts) is the most important cultural center in Mexico City as well as the rest of the country of Mexico. The exterior of the building is primarily Neoclassical and Art Nouveau and the interior is primarily Art Deco. The domed sections of the roof are made entirely from cut crystal. This beautiful building quickly became my favorite subject to photograph and one that is impossible to fully embrace and do justice to in one short trip. The Palace in and of itself will be the drawing force that will bring me back to this fun city.

Palacio de Bellas Artes in Monochrome
I always believe that a good image in Black & White lends so much to a viewers eye. The contrasts and details seem to be enhanced to bring the clarity out in a subject.
