From Fantasy To Reality
Mexico City
Mexico City, officially known as México, D. F., or simply D. F.) is the federal district , capital of Mexico and seat of the federal powers of the union. Mexico City is the country's largest city as well as its most important political, cultural, educational and financial center. A modern and vibrant city energized by its people and culture. The city consists of sixteen boroughs with an estimated population of 21.2 million people in the Greater Mexico City. These stats make it the largest metropolitan area in the western hemisphere. Although very large in population, the city itself seemed much smaller and visitor friendly as we wandered from borough to borough. This is a city I would highly recommend and one that I will definitely return to.

Altar of Gold
This impressive altar of gold is located in the Iglesia de Santo Domingo in Puebla, Mexico. A beautiful old church with lots of Moorish influence in it's decorations. This perhaps was the most dramatic and my personal favorite of all that we visited and photographed. I hope my image does it the justice it so deserves. It was magnificent in its beauty.
