Doors have become one of my Favorite subjects. My Passion if you will. Some new, some aging and some totally in ruin..All to me are beautiful and striking. The history and the stories I imagine in my head as I photograph them. Questions arise such as...who has walked thru the threshold of this door, what families have passed have come and gone, what children have been born, lived and grown up & who took their last breath and final journey thru them.
